What size should I purchase?
Regular size is for women who normally wear US size 4 - 16. Plus size is for women with US size 18-22.
What kind of materials do you use?
Here at Body de Janeiro, we take pride in quality above all else, which is why so many of our customers come back and buy from us again. We use 50% cotton and 50% polyester as this has been proven to be the most comfortable and convenient for beachwear and sleepwear. It ensures maximum comfort and minimal wrinkling.
Can I return the product(s) I purchased?
All sales are final unless there is something defective with the apparel or the printing. E-mail us if you have any problems; we value our customers and we will do the right thing and take care of you.
Can I exchange the product(s) I purchased?
We do offer exchanges for unwashed and unworn shirts. If you are not happy with your purchase, simply return the items along with the original packing slip and an additional payment for the original shipping charges and we will exchange your order.
Note: You must pay for the original shipping and handling charges to receive an exchange. We will not exchange any product(s) without the additional shipping and handling charges paid in advance.
How do you ship your orders?
Orders are fulfilled within 24 hours. We use international airfreight parcel service. In general the delivery time is about 7 - 10 days but could be a bit longer depending on your exact location.
How much does shipping and handling cost?
The cost is $6 for the first apparel and $4 each for additional apparels to anywhere in the world. This is a flat rate and covers the shipping charges along with our handling fees.
International customers are responsible for any VAT, import duties, tariffs, or fees associated with order delivery, if any. For information: US customers can import items up to $200 without any problems. Check the US customs and Border Patrol website for reference.
Are there any special washing instructions?
No, simply do what we do. Have your Mom refer to the label on the inside collar of the apparel for the appropriate washing instructions.
Can I get a special price when I buy in bulk?
Send us an email with your desired quantity and we'll see what we can do for you. Minimum order size must be at least 100 pieces in order to obtain further discount than the current 'Buy 4 Free 1' offer that we have.
How do you print the apparels?
Every one of our designs is silkscreen printed onto each blank shirt, as opposed to a heat transfer. This is a much more complicated and manual process, but the superior results are well worth the extra time and trouble. Silkscreen printed designs don't peel off in the wash or fade the way heat transfer designs often do, and they also tend to be more flexible and/or softer so it doesn't feel like you're wearing a stiff piece of cardboard across your body.
